§ 91.65 LICENSE REQUIRED; APPLICATION.
   (A)   Any person or firm that keeps a female dog, for the purpose of raising pups, or keeps any other dogs for the purpose of selling same commercially, shall first obtain a license from the City Clerk for same. Any person keeping three dogs or more shall be under these regulations pertaining to dog kennels and that person shall apply for the license set forth herein.
   (B)   The license shall contain the name of the applicant, his or her address, address where pups are to be whelped and raised, and shall be accompanied by a license fee of $100. The term of said license shall be from April 30 of each year to May 1 of the following year.
