§ 91.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be fined not more than $500 for each violation. Every day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of § 91.03 shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $500 for each day on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (C)   Any person guilty of violating any provision of §§ 91.45 through 91.51 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each and every separate offense.
