SCHEDULE VII. DESIGNATION OF HANDICAP PARKING.
   In accordance with § 71.09, when handicap parking is designated by signs and markings on streets, no person shall park a vehicle that is not bearing registration plates, cards, or decals issued to a handicapped person in any space reserved for the handicap.
