SCHEDULE III. STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING DURING CERTAIN HOURS ON CERTAIN STREETS PROHIBITED.
   In accordance with § 71.05 and when signs are erected giving notice thereof no person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle between the hours specified herein of any day except Sunday and public holidays upon any of the streets or parts of streets when specified.
