§ 72.05 OWNER OF VEHICLE MAY NOT AUTHORIZE UNLICENSED DRIVER TO OPERATE SUCH VEHICLE.
   No person shall knowingly authorize or permit a motor vehicle owned by him or her or under his or her control to be driven by any person who is unlicensed to drive such vehicle.
