§ 70.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Every person convicted of a violation of § 70.065 shall be punished upon a first conviction by imprisonment for a period of not less than five days nor more than 90 days, or by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $500, or by both such fine and imprisonment; and on a second or subsequent conviction shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than ten days nor more than six months, or by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
   (B)   Every person who is convicted of a violation of § 70.066 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500.
   (C)   A person who violates § 70.105, shall be fined a maximum of $75 for the first offense, $100 for a second offense, $125 for a third offense, and $150 for a fourth offense or subsequent offense.

   (D)   Unless another penalty is expressly provided herein or by statute of the state, every person convicted of a violation of any other provision of this traffic code shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.
