§ 72.04 PERSON WITH INSTRUCTION PERMIT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY LICENSED DRIVER.
   It shall be unlawful for an operator holding an instruction permit to operate a motor vehicle unless accompanied by a licensed operator or chauffeur who has had at least one year of driving experience and who is actually occupying a seat beside the driver.
