§ 71.28 PARKING ON CITY-OWNED PROPERTY, INCLUDING PARKING LOTS.
   On all property other than designated parking or developed lots, owned by the City of Wood River, it shall be unlawful for any person to enter upon said property to park, or leave in any way any motor vehicle or other chattel vehicle without the express consent of the City Council.
