Parking of boats, boat trailers, recreational vehicles, and utility trailers, either self propelled or towed, or any part thereof shall be subject to the ordinances regulating vehicle parking, but in no case shall a boat, boat trailer, recreational vehicle, utility trailer, or part thereof be allowed to park on any public right-of-way for a period in excess of 48 hours.
