§ 71.06 PARKING TIME LIMITED ON CERTAIN STREETS.
   When signs are erected in each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets described in Chapter 76, Schedule IV for longer than that specified in said schedule between the hours specified in said schedule of any day except Sundays and public holidays.
