§ 70.140 PEDESTRIAN SUBJECT TO TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES.
   Pedestrians shall be subject to traffic-control signals at intersections as provided for in §§ 70.120 through 70.128, and at all other places pedestrians shall be accorded the privileges and shall be subject to the restrictions stated in this chapter.
