§ 53.03 PROHIBITION.

   (A)   Except as provided in §§ 53.04 and 53.05, no person shall place a new potential primary source, new potential secondary source, or new potential route within the minimum setback zone.

   (B)   Except as provided otherwise in § 53.04, no person shall place a new potential primary source within the maximum setback zone, unless the source is placed beyond 1,000 feet from the well head.

   (C)   Except as provided in § 53.04, no person shall place a new potential route within the 2,500 feet maximum setback zone.
