(A) No person shall dump any junked materials, garbage, or trash on any public or private property. The following alternatives are available for residents to dispose of certain items.
(1) The city contractor will arrange bulk item pickup at a minimum of $50 and it must be scheduled and prepaid through the contractor. An appliance pickup is a minimum of $30 per appliance. All residential users shall be eligible for this service.
(2) Residents may dispose the above-listed items at the city garage during specified times for the following fee:

(B) (1) Items that will not be picked up or accepted at the city dump are: tires; garbage; batteries; concrete; concrete blocks; bricks; liquid waste (petroleum base); auto parts; closed barrels; or such other materials that are regulated in landfills.
(2) Lumber must be in four foot bundles weighing less than 75 pounds.
