§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any corporation, firm, agent, or person violating any section of this chapter for which another penalty has not been provided, relating to the collection of garbage and waste matter, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500. Each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense. The failure, neglect, or refusal to pay the collection service charge as herein provided by any person liable therefor is hereby specifically deemed to be a violation of this chapter and shall subject such person to the penalties herein provided.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of § 50.02 shall be fined not less than $5 and not more than $500 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each and every day during or on which a violation occurs or is permitted to occur.
