Dead dogs and cats on public property will be collected and disposed of by the Department of Public Services or its contractor upon call. There will be no extra charge for this service. Dead animals in excess of 100 pounds will not be hauled off by city forces. Dead animals shall not be placed in garbage or rubbish containers. The same restriction applies to animal offal and feces.
