7-1-4: SETTLEMENT OF VIOLATION:

Any person charged with a violation of subsection 7-1-1A1, 7-1-1B, 7-1-2A1 or 7-1-3C of this chapter may, in lieu of prosecution for a violation thereof, make payment in accordance with section 1-4-2 of this code. (1976 Code §§15-1, 15-3, 15-34; amd. 1991 Code)
