4-1-3: PENALTIES:

   A.   Penalty: Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than the maximum amount permitted by section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each day that a violation is allowed to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (1976 Code §10-104; amd. Ord. 96-26, 6-13-1996)

   B.   Citations: Any person charged with a violation of any provision of section 4-1-1 of this chapter may, in lieu of prosecution for a violation thereof, make payment in accordance with subsection 1-4-2G6 of this Code. (1976 Code §10-100.1)
