3-14-5: APPLICATION FOR PERMIT:
   A.   Application Procedure:
Those wishing to conduct commercial filming activities within the Village of Woodridge should first contact Community Development department staff to discuss permitting needs.
After this discussion, a completed permit application should be submitted along with all required documents for Village review no later than twenty one (21) days prior to the proposed commencement of filming. A non-refundable one hundred dollar ($100.00) application fee should also be submitted at this time. Applications made less than twenty one (21) days from the proposed commencement of filming are considered "late" and carry an additional fifty dollar ($50.00) fee. Applications made closer to the proposed start date carry a greater risk of rejection.
Village staff will review the submitted application, and will either approve the application, reject the application, or return the application with requests for further details.
   B.   Application Materials: All applications for a commercial filming permit shall at the minimum be accompanied by:
      1.   Completed application form.
