No owner or driver of any commercial vehicle, delivery vehicle, or service vehicle having a mobile sign, logo or business name thereon shall park said vehicle in the parking lot or on the street in front of any place of business, except in the process of loading, unloading or servicing property. All such vehicles are required to be parked behind their respective business locations when not being so used.
