(a) The area lying to the rear (north) of the Municipal Building and the area lying to the west side of the Municipal Building may be used to park motor vehicles only by those individuals present at the Municipal Building for official Village business and/or Village Hall functions.
(b) The area lying to the rear of the Municipal Building between the building and the northerly parking area is reserved as a fire lane, and for parking of emergency vehicles.
