(a) A right turn by vehicular traffic against a steady red light at the intersection of Brainard Road, East Brainard Road and Chagrin Boulevard within the Village is prohibited.
(b) This prohibition applies to the following vehicular traffic:
(1) Turning east onto Chagrin Boulevard from Brainard Road southbound.
(2) Turning north onto East Brainard Road from Chagrin Boulevard westbound.
(3) Turning west onto Chagrin Boulevard from East Brainard Road southbound.
(4) Turning south onto Brainard Road from Chagrin Boulevard eastbound.
(c) No person shall make a left turn on red at the intersection of West Brainard Road and Chagrin Boulevard.
