161.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment in addition to any other penalty prescribed by law. In addition thereto, any person purchasing goods or services without a properly signed purchase order shall be individually responsible for payment for the goods or services improperly purchased.
