All public records of the Village shall be kept at the Village Hall and at other Village owned property in secure locations. The Mayor shall provide secure containers and determine locations for such records. These records shall be indexed for quick reference. In addition the Village may utilize other storage locations as determined by the administration and within the Mayor’s spending authority.
