153.04 CONTRACT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS.

All notices to prospective bidders published on behalf of the Village shall include as a part of the contract specifications the condition that all bidders shall be required to comply with the Woodmere Equal Employment Opportunity Program, Chapter 153 , Woodmere Village Code.
