147.04 VOLUNTEER FIREMEN'S DEPENDENTS FUND BOARD.

(a) A volunteer Firemen's Dependents Fund Board is established pursuant to Ohio R.C. 146.02, and shall consist of five members elected and organized in accordance with Ohio R.C. 146.03 through 146.06.

(b) All volunteer firemen of the Village are beneficiaries of these funds and shall receive the benefits specified in Ohio R.C. 146.12 in accordance with the procedure designated in Ohio R.C. Chapter 146.
