145.08 NON-UNIFORM PERSONNEL.

There are hereby established in the Police Department the following positions to be appointed by the Mayor, to receive such compensation as Council may from time to time provide:

(a) Clerk of the Police Department, full-time.

(b) Part-time Police Clerk.
