(a) No part-time police officers of the Village shall be employed for more than thirty-two hours in any calendar week.
(b) Any full-time probationary employee of the Village who requires confirmation of Council and who is not confirmed shall not again be employed by the Village in a similar position for a period of two years.

(c) Part time personnel hired by the Police Department must work a minimum of four eight hour shifts per month to maintain employment status. The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to suspend and/or terminate employment for non-compliance.
