The positions of Village Architect and Alternate Village Architect are established within the municipality. The Village Architect and Alternate Village Architect shall be registered in the State of Ohio with at least five years of professional experience and meet the requirements of a Plans Examiner as defined by the Ohio Basic Building Code. The duties of both the Village Architect and Alternate Village Architect shall be as set out for the Village Architect in the following sections of this Chapter. The Mayor shall determine the assignment of duties between the Village Architect and the Alternate Village Architect.
