137.04 ASSISTANT SERVICE DIRECTOR.

There is hereby created the position of Assistant Service Director. The Assistant Service Director shall receive such compensation as is provided by Council from time to time, and shall not be required to give bond. Whenever reference is made in the Codified Ordinances of the Village to Street Commissioner, it shall mean Service Director.
