133.13 PURCHASE OF FOOD AND BEVERAGES FOR MEETINGS, PROGRAMS, AND STAFF EVENTS.
   Council hereby authorizes the Mayor, Council President, and Treasurer to purchase food and beverages for meetings, programs and other staff events regarding Village business, including employee holiday gatherings in an annual amount not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000).
