(a) All checks and warrants issued by the Village of Woodmere shall be signed by the Treasurer as an authorized signatory on any check or warrant. In the event the Treasurer is unavailable for any extended period of time, in the event of any emergency situation or in the event of a pre-approved situation, the Mayor or the Council President are designated as alternate signatory for any checks or warrants of the Municipality which have been properly authorized by Council and for which the funds have been appropriated.
(b) The Mayor shall make necessary arrangements with the financial institution for the Village to execute any and all necessary signature cards under the authority of this section.
