133.08 CLERK OF COUNCIL DUTIES.
   (a)   The Clerk shall attend all Council meetings and keep all records of their proceedings, rules, by-laws, resolutions and ordinances, passed or adopted. These shall be subject to inspection by any interested party.
 
   (b)   The Clerk shall place legal advertisements in publications when required and prepare the agenda for regular or special Council meetings.
 
   (c)   The Clerk will sign documents requiring the Clerk's signature for other governmental agencies.
