The Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to transfer to the General Fund any funds deposited pursuant to the ordinances, rules and regulations, or requirements of the Village for excavation deposits, construction deposits, house moving deposits, inspection deposits and any other unrefunded deposit which has not been claimed by its lawful owner within five years from the date of such deposit.
