There is hereby appropriated, out of money in the General Fund not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) which shall be known as the Mayor’s Court Cash Revolving Fund. This fund shall be available for the purposes of making change by the Clerk when fines are paid and shall be replenished on a monthly basis in order to provide the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) at all times for the fund.
