131.01 SECRETARY TO THE MAYOR.

There is hereby created the position of Secretary to the Mayor. The Secretary to the Mayor shall perform such duties as the Mayor assigns him or her and shall receive such compensation as Council shall provide from time to time. The Secretary to the Mayor shall not be required to give bond.
