(a) The Mayor shall choose the official letterhead of the Village. Stationery incorporating such letterhead shall be used in all official external communications from all Municipal elected officials, officers, department heads and employees.

(b) Individual Village elected officials, officers and department heads may communicate externally utilizing stationery which only lists their name and department, provided, however, that the official Village letterhead is still incorporated in such stationery.
