1307.01 THE 2006 EDITION OF THE INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE ADOPTED.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, the 2006 edition of the International Proeprty Maintenance Code is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference by and for the Village of Woodmere so that all property maintenance within the Village of Woodmere shall comply with the applicable requirements of such Code.
