The Building Inspector shall issue any permits required by this Building Code, fix the fee to be paid, collect the fees and give receipts for them according to the following schedule; (an additional three percent (3%) will be added on to all commercial developments in accordance with state requirements):

Any person aggrieved by the refusal of the Building Inspector to issue to him such a license and/or permit may appeal such decision to Council by application in writing filed within thirty days after such refusal. (Ord. 2008-09. Passed 4-16-09.)
