1317.19 KITCHENS, BATHROOMS AND WATER CLOSET COMPARTMENTS.

Every kitchen, bathroom and water closet compartment shall be provided with natural light and ventilation. However, where an approved exhaust ventilation system and approved artificial light is installed, no natural light or ventilation shall be required.
