1317.18 REQUIRED VENTILATION AREA.

Every habitable room shall be provided with natural ventilation by one or more openable windows or two or more doors. The aggregate openable area of ventilation openings shall be not less than five percent (5%) of the finished livable floor area of the room served by them.
