1317.14 RESTRICTIONS FOR RESIDENTIAL OCCUPANCY.

No owner, operator or agent shall maintain, rent or lease, or offer for rental or lease, and no person shall occupy any dwelling unit, or apartment house, or any part thereof, which does not comply with the provisions of this chapter.
