1317.09 EMERGENCY HAZARDS.

Whenever, in the opinion of the Building Inspector, the condition of a building or premises or part thereof, constitutes an immediate hazard to human life or health, he shall declare a case of emergency and shall order immediate vacation of the building or premises, or part thereof. The notice shall be served in the manner provided in Section 1317.07, but shall require immediate compliance.
