There is hereby by the Council of the Village of Woodmere, Ohio, for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the installation and maintenance of electrical materials in dwelling units consisting of one, two or three families, that certain code known as the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 70-2008 ANSI), being particularly adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out in length herein, and from the day on which this section shall take effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling in the installation and maintenance of all electrical materials in one, two or three family dwelling units contained within the corporate limits of Woodmere Village, Ohio.
