1105.01 REVIEW OF ALL PLANS.

(a) Any plans, requests, [etc.], presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission shall be presented to the Building Inspector/Building Department no less than two full weeks before any meeting of the Commission.

(b) Any plans, requests, etc., presented after such period will be considered at the next regular meeting of the Commission.

(c) All submittals under this section shall be in accordance with forms provided by the Municipality.
(1973 Code Section 151.01.)
