921.11 CLEAN WATER CONNECTIONS PROHIBITED.
   No property in the Village shall use a clean water connection which is tied into the sanitary sewers. Any owner or user of a clean water connection found to be tied into the sanitary sewer system shall disconnect the same and reconnect to a clean water system within a reasonable time after written notice, but not to exceed six months. Should any clean water connection owned and used by the Village be found to be tied into a Public Service Utilities system, then the Public Service Utilities Company shall within a reasonable period of time in cooperation with the Village, or the Village may on its own initiative disconnect the clean water tie-in, and the cost of such disconnection shall be paid by the Public Service Utilities Company and charged back against users of the sanitary sewer system of the Village.
