921.01 SEWER DISTRICT CREATED.

There is established a sanitary sewer district to include the entire Municipality. The Village Engineer shall prepare and form a general plan of sanitary sewage for the disposal of waste, including facilities and appurtenances necessary and proper for the collection, treatment and disposal of sanitary sewage. (1973 Code Sec. 51.01)
