907.01 SIZE AND INSTALLATION OF DRIVEWAY DRAINAGE PIPES.
   (a)   In order to obtain uniform drainage of storm water along the streets in the Municipality and to prevent obstruction of storm water drainage caused by the improper installation if drainage pipes under driveways, all drainage pipes installed under driveways shall be at least eight inches in diameter but not greater than twelve inches in diameter, and shall not be secured in place or covered up until the Building Inspector shall have first inspected and approved the installation of any drainage pipes.
   (b)   In the case of any existing or previously installed drainage pipe which, in the opinion of the Building Inspector, may be obstructing or may obstruct the proper drainage of water within the streets of the Municipality due to improper size or improper installation of the pipe, or in the case of any other obstruction in the drainage system within the streets, the Building Inspector may order, in writing, the owner of the premises abutting upon the drainage pipe or obstruction to replace the pipe with a pipe at least eight inches in diameter, to reinstall the pipe, or to remove the obstruction.
