905.01 REGULATING EXCAVATION, FILLING, CHANGING OF GRADE OR TOPOGRAPHY UPON PROPERTY.

No person, firm, or corporation owning or controlling any real property within the Municipality shall cause, create, or permit any excavation, filling or changing of grade or topography to be made or remain upon any real property unless and until a permit for the same shall have first been secured from the Building Inspector.
