(a) No person shall employ another for private police or private security work within the Village and no person shall be employed as a private police or private security person within the Village without proper registration as set forth in this Chapter and unless such person has received a permit issued by the Village .
(b) No person shall be employed in the Village as a private police or private security person without first making application for a permit from the Chief of Police. No person, except for private investigators holding a State license under Ohio R.C. Chapter 4749, shall be employed as a private security person until after paying a first annual registration fee of twelve dollars ($12.00) and five dollars ($5.00) each year thereafter for renewal.
