725.02 NOTICE REQUIRED TO CHIEF OF POLICE.
   Any persons contemplating the activity set forth in Section 725.01 must apply to the Chief of Police at least seventy-two hours prior to the commencement of such activities, giving the Chief of Police their full names, addresses, and social security numbers, and at least two additional items of identification, such as a driver's license, or other readily identifiable items, together with the full and complete explanation of what company or companies or organization they are affiliated with or working for, together with the address of the company or organization and the person or persons who are their immediate superiors.
